Timing Your Run!

By Emma Jansen

With winter fast approaching, the ugg boots are on, the fire is lit and most of us indulge in some luxurious hibernation. If you are thinking of selling in winter, great! There is usually less competition from other sellers. If it is a spring sale you are after, we have hard evidence that you need to be in early. Ideally, plan your photo shoot for August and your launch date early September and this will put you ahead of the pack. By October you are competing with a bunch of others for the hearts and wallets of the buyers and you will need some real points of difference to stand out from the crowd.

If you’re looking for the best possible outcome for the sale of your property take off those ugg boots and come and have a chat to your personal Ray White Carpenter Realty consultant about timing your run. Or leave them on, we promise not to judge!
